Delivery, Returns and our Guarantee

 We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at a specific time,  but we cannot guarantee it.  Substitution may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the day you requested.  If a substitution is necessary we will do our very best to exchange a flower with a similar flower using the same color scheme.  We will do our very best to ensure that we are capturing the same look and feel of the bouquet.

We have a twenty-four hour guarantee.  If for any reason you are unhappy with the product we will be happy to exchange the product for something of equal value or refund your money if notified within the 24 hour time frame.  The  product must be returned to the store within the 24 hour time frame for refunds.

We serve the following local areas

Woodburn, Hubbard , Gervais, Aurora, Canby, Wilsonville, Brooks, St. Paul, Donald, Mt. Angel, Silverton, Keizer, and North Salem.

In most areas of the United States and Canada, orders placed by 12:00 in the recipient's time zone can be delivered that day (earlier times may apply to some areas and at holidays).  Saturday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by  12:00 in the recipient's time zone.  Most areas are closed for Sunday Deliveries.

International Deliveries

A $24.95 relay charge will apply on all international orders.

Outside the United States and Canada, flower and plant orders placed by 12:00 Eastern Time can be delivered the next business day.  Floral arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability.  Prices may be subject to change for certain countries.  You will be contacted if additional funds are required.
